Melos Rosin Dark

Not all rosin is created the same way.  Most commercial rosin is chemically extracted by the pulp and paper industry. Melos is one of the few rosins on the market today that is made from freshly tapped pine sap, distilled and hand poured into molds.  There are no unnecessary fillers in the rosin.  This is just good pure old fashioned rosin that produces a clean tone with good bite and little mess.  Unless you live in a tropical climate year-round, this dark rosin is good for violin, viola and cello.
